Café Hope is a restaurant that provides at-risk youth a path to self-sufficiency through job readiness training and job placement.

Meet the Café Hope Board of Directors >

The Concept
The café will use Hope Haven Farms as a bio-diversity farming model of sustainability to grow consumable products. We will purchase local produce and seafood to support our local economy. We also plan to cook healthy food and will be ecologically friendly.

The Participants
We have partnered with Jefferson Parish Juvenile Services to provide staff for the Café Hope program. Once the youths have successfully graduated from the program, they will have assistance in job placement.

The Location
Café Hope will be located in the Madonna Manor building on the iconic Hope Haven campus, located on Barataria Boulevard on the Westbank.

Madonna Manor compressed
The Madonna Manor Building on the Hope Haven campus is in the
Spanish Colonial Revival style, and was established in 1932.
