 Gordon R. Wadge has been the President of Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans since July 2003. Mr. Wadge previously served as the Associate Director, and then Executive Director, of the Office of the Social Apostolate from June 1993 until July 2003, when the Office of the Social Apostolate merged with Catholic Charities. Prior to that, Mr. Wadge also served as the Director of Constituency/Resource Development and the Director of Maison Marie for Catholic Charities. A graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Masters in Public Administration, Mr. Wadge has served on the the Health Care Task Force of UNITY for the Homeless, and the Services Planning & Evaluation Committee of the Daughters of Charity Services of New Orleans, and was a United Way Loaned Executive. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Jefferson Parish Council on Aging and is the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Public Health Institute.
