Has two components. The Care Team Program operates in Lafayette where it develops and implements AIDS education for congregations of all faiths and recruits, trains, places, and supervises congregation-based care teams which provide practical support to persons with AIDS, their families, and friends. The Peer Counseling Program is a peer support program for persons living with HIV/AIDS. Individual and group peer counseling is organized by Service Coordinators, who train volunteers living with HIV/AIDS to provide the service.
